The audiology practice management category doesn't publish public pricing as a category norm. Every prospect schedules a discovery call before learning what they will pay. We did the math from the practice owner's side and concluded it wasn't fair to you. The pricing below is what you pay. Practices over 10 clinics negotiate the multi-location math directly with Dusty because the calculation gets specific to your operation. Everyone else picks a tier from the list. No discovery call required to find out what you'll spend.

Multi-location pricing math.
The multi-location structure is built so growth rewards you instead of penalizing you. The math below has been worked out through more than 400 clinics actually running on amplifyOMS today.
The formula. Base tier price for your first clinic, plus 50 percent of that base for each additional full-time clinic, plus 25 percent of that base for each additional part-time clinic.
- Three full-time clinics on Professional$249 + ($249 × 50% × 2) = $498 per month.
- Five full-time and two part-time clinics on Premium$495 + ($495 × 50% × 4) + ($495 × 25% × 2) = $1,732.50 per month.
- Ten full-time clinics on Premium$495 + ($495 × 50% × 9) = $2,722.50 per month, with the full Growth Engine and amplifyCRM Pro lifecycle automation included.
If your practice runs more than 10 clinics, the math gets custom-negotiated. You talk to Dusty directly. The conversation is owner-to-owner, not sales-to-buyer.
Migration is free.
We move your data and set up your account at no charge. You pay your normal monthly subscription, the same rate you'll pay from then on, and nothing extra for the switch.
What you don't pay for: data migration, setup, onboarding, training, and configuration of your initial tier. The only thing you pay for is the monthly subscription, which starts at signing.
Provider pricing on Noah-enabled plans.
Professional and Premium include two providers per clinic. Additional providers are $25 per month each. Startup and Growth don't require Noah integration, so provider pricing doesn't apply at those tiers. Everything else is bundled into the tier price.
What you won't pay.
No revenue share. No transaction skim. No per-fitting fee. No setup fee. No onboarding fee. No data migration charge. No "implementation services" line item. No premium support tier you have to pay extra for. The recurring costs are the monthly subscription, the per-additional-provider fee on Noah-enabled plans, and, on Premium, SMS and telephony usage beyond your $25 monthly credit if you run amplifyOMS as your phone system. We make money the same way whether you sell one hearing aid or a thousand. Our growth depends on your practice becoming more valuable, not on skimming margin off your fittings.

Straight answers to the questions practice owners ask about pricing.
- What happens after the first year or 250 patients on Startup?
- The first year is a lean stretch for most new practices, so Startup is priced for it: a lower rate while you find your footing and build your patient base. Once you pass 250 patients or a year in, you've grown into Growth, and the price moves with you. We keep Startup this affordable so practices just getting going aren't paying for scale they don't have yet.
- Why is there no "contact us for pricing" tier?
- Hiding prices behind a sales call is friction, and we didn't want to put you through it. Every price is on this page. The one exception is practices over 10 clinics, where the multi-location math gets specific enough that you work it out with Dusty directly. Everyone else just picks a tier.
- Will prices change?
- If we ever raise prices, it takes effect at your next renewal, never mid-cycle, and you get advance notice first. The rate you sign at is the rate you pay for that term.
- Is there a contract, and how do I cancel?
- It's month-to-month, with no multi-year commitment. If you decide to leave, we ask for 60 days of notice so we can hand your data back cleanly and wind down your dedicated server.
- Do you offer a free trial?
- No, and here's the honest reason. Every account runs on its own dedicated server for security, and migrating your data is hands-on work our team does for free. A throwaway trial would not show you the real thing. Instead, we walk you through the live production system, then move your data over at no charge when you sign.
- Are there any usage fees?
- Only on Premium, and only if you lean on it. Texting runs about a penny per segment ($0.0119), outbound calls $0.021 a minute, and inbound $0.0128. Other premium usage like AI features and direct mail is billed at published per-use rates. Every account includes a $25 monthly usage credit, so most practices never see a charge, unless you run amplifyOMS as your primary phone system, which is fully supported and where usage can run past the credit.
Pricing is the easier question.
